Kha can theoretically get a gank off anytime his e is off CD, rengar needs his ult or for laners,to,be unaware that facechecking bushes is bad. In mid game, R would be on like 40s cooldown on bruiser while on assasin would be at around 60. U just have so much more options to go in with bruiser build.
